Urgent Needs

Answer a prayer.

We are blessed with many donations every month. But, occasionally we run low on certain items being requested by the hospitals.

Here’s what we’re wishing and hoping and praying for right now:

  • Sleepers especially for Preemie-sized girls
  • Long-sleeve shirts for boys AND girls (“Newborn,” “0-3 Months,” or “Preemie”)
  • Long-sleeve onesies for boys AND girls (“Newborn,” “0-3 Months,” or “Preemie”)
  • Long-sleeve outfits for boys AND girls (“Newborn,” “0-3 Months,” or “Preemie”)
  • Light-weight jackets & sweaters for boys AND girls (“Newborn” or “0-3 Months”)
  • “Beanie Babies,” or similar small, soft toys (especially in animals seen on baby outfits, such as frogs, elephants, giraffes, ducks, teddy bears, zebras, lions, etc.)
  • Receiving blankets
  • Worsted-weight acrylic yarn (#4) in baby colors, especially standard skeins of variegated or dotted (no wool content)
  • White, off-white, or cream 1/8-inch ribbon (on a cardboard “spool”)
  • Very small (3/8″ or less) buttons in white, off-white, and cream
  • Low-loft batting (preferably cotton)
  • Cotton flannel in baby colors, including patterns, dots, stripes, and solids (in lengths of at least one yard)
  • T-shirt (jersey) knit fabric in prints or solids, especially white (in lengths of at least one yard)
  • Fun buttons to add to sweaters (2-5 are commonly needed)
  • Quilts with low-loft batting (sized 30″ x 30″)
  • Crochet or Knit Blankets (sized 24″x 20″)

Delivering Your Donation

We would love to thank you in person, so please consider bringing your donation to a work group meeting. (We meet from 9 AM to noon on the fourth Wednesday of each month at The First Congregational Church of Kingston at 6 Church Street, Kingston, NH.)

But if it’s more convenient, you are welcome to deliver it to one of our drop-off locations, or contact us to arrange for a volunteer to come collect your donation at your home or office.
